TurboPrivate sells prepaid credits used to pay for compute as you go.
Unused prepaid credits are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase. We refund the unused balance to your original payment method.
Credits already spent on completed sessions are non-refundable, as the compute has been delivered.
If something went wrong — a failed session, a billing error, an unexpected charge — contact us and we'll make it right, including refunding affected usage.
Email support@turboprivate.com from the address on your account, or reference your account key, and we'll process it promptly.
