These Terms govern your use of TurboPrivate ("the Service"), operated by TurboPrivate. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
TurboPrivate provides ephemeral, end-to-end encrypted AI coding sessions. Session content (prompts, code, workspace) exists only for the duration of a session and is not retained by us.
You may use the Service with an account key, email, or a supported sign-in provider. The Service is prepaid: you purchase credits and we deduct them as you use compute. Credits are denominated in USD.
You agree not to use the Service to build or operate anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse, or attack the Service or its infrastructure. You are responsible for the code and content you process.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboPrivate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
